Add the rice and whole spices in a pan and add water to it.
Boil the rice till they are 80% cooked.
In another pan add some oil, vegetables/chicken and Lucknowi Biryani Paste.
Saute it for a few minutes.
Layer half the quantity of the biryani gravy preparation, then half the quantity of cooked rice and garnish with fried onions, mint and coriander leaves.
Repeat the layering. Cover and cook on Dum for 10 minutes on low heat.
Add the given Raita seasoning to 300gm -500gm whisked curd, mix, and keep it in the refrigerator to chill.
